英米言語文化環境論演習

目的
この授業では，「研究の素材」となりうるテキスト自体を読解するというよりは，「テキストをどのように研究するか」について示唆を与えてくれる海外の研究書や理論書，論文を英語で講読した上で，研究テーマの設定方法や研究手法を学ぶことを目的とする．
概要
テキストの分析·批評方法についての海外の研究書や理論書，論文によりテキストの研究方法を学ぶ． 今回は，フェミニズム，批評言語学理論等に基づいてテクスト批評する視点を提示したSara MillsのFeminist Stylisticsから，その理論の実践例を示したPart II: Analysis (Chapter 4-6)を読む．

同じ教員が担当する『英米言語文化環境論』を前期に履修しておくこと．当該の『英米言語文化環境論』が受講済みであることを前提に進めていくので，この授業のみの履修は困難である．計画では7-8頁を講読予定だが，受講者の人数等により変更することもあり得る．
